In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we offer the possibility of producing all kinds of elements according to your individual needs. Customizable projects give you free choice of raw material and type of details. Our production is based on the production of small series and prototypes, but we also produce in large series. Our machine park allows us great flexibility in metalworking processes such as CNC milling, chamfering, turning, drilling, reaming, welding and pressing. When you use our CNC service, you benefit from modern technology based on CAD/CAM software. We have the option of 3D modeling and have a 4th axis of rotation. In addition to CNC manufacturing we also offer high-quality water jet cutting and laser cutting . The maximum table size for material processing is 3000mm x 1500mm. Laser cutting is divided into cutting by melting and cutting by burning. The technology with which we cut is selected by our technologists depending on the material to be processed.

The method of cutting materials with a high-pressure water jet is very versatile and covers a wide range of applications. An important advantage of waterjet cutting is the lack of heat on the material being cut. The process is not accompanied by a change in the structure of the material being cut. With a very narrow cutting line and minimal cutting force, we get the exact stress-free edge surface.
