Fabric Tapes are highly flexible copper connections,

made from very elastic, flat litz wire. The litz wire consists of very thin, untreated or tinned wires of 0.1-0.2 mm.

We are able to produce practically any desired elastic copper connection.

Contact sleeves are attached to the ends of the tapes under high pressure. This creates an extremely compressed, solid contact surface. In this manufacturing method, materials of the same conductivity are joined (sleeves and litz wire E - Cu). No foreign materials such as solder or welding additives are used. This results in construction parts that are characterized by very low contact resistances.

Upon customer request, we can supply the current-carrying tapes with PVC/silicone insulation or in other insulating sleeves. The product range includes connection widths from 20 to 200 mm and cross-sections from 25 to 6000 mm².

We have new welding machines and can weld connections with different widths from 20 mm to 200 mm.

The current-carrying capacity depends on the cross-section and the size of the contact surface. This can be calculated for you individually.

Laser Cutting of Metal

We offer high-quality laser cutting services with Bystronic machines. The maximum table size for material processing is 3000 mm x 1500 mm. Laser technology is used for processing various types of steel. Laser cutting is divided into fusion cutting and flame cutting. The types of cutting are determined using the appropriate cutting gas. The technology with which we cut is precisely selected by our technologists depending on the processed material.

Water Jet Cutting Service

The method of cutting materials with a high-pressure water jet (waterjet) is very versatile and includes a wide range of applications. The cutting tool is a water jet, which is concentrated in a special nozzle and supplied under high water pressure or a mixture of water and abrasive. An important advantage of water cutting is the lack of thermal effect on the material being cut. This process is not accompanied by a change in the structure of the material being cut. In addition, no stresses are known that are known from other cutting methods. While maintaining a very narrow cutting line and minimal cutting force, we obtain a very exact edge surface that is free of stresses and pressures. Water jet cutting is used in an unlimited number of materials with a thickness of up to 200 mm and is the only available method to obtain any shape. The maximum table size for material processing is 3000 mm x 1500 mm.

CNC Milling

To meet the expectations and needs of our customers regarding further production stages of processing laser- and water-cut components, we would like to inform you that we have expanded our machine park with a CNC vertical milling machine (Haas VF-3). Thanks to this investment, we have expanded our offer of laser and water jet cutting as well as steel bending with mechanical processing: CNC milling, chamfering, thread cutting, countersinking, reaming, planing, etc. We have a machine tool from a leading manufacturer - HAAS VF3.

When carrying out our services on a CNC milling machine, we use modern technologies supported by CAD/CAM software (ESPRIT CAM). We offer the services both on the basis of our own material and commissioned by the customer. The documentation can be provided by the customer or we can create one based on the components. We have the possibility of 3D modeling, as well as CNC milling 2D/3D and have a fourth rotary axis. Our services include the production of large series and services based on prototype production, single- and small-series production. The experience of our employees, coupled with the technical facilities of the company, forms the basis for offering services of the highest quality.

Cutting and Bending

When cutting with a guillotine, various shaped parts and strips can be cut from materials such as: black steel, coated steel (colored), tinned steel, titanium-zinc, aluminum, copper, brass, cardboard, paper, veneers and foils, PVC and others. Below we present the approximate thicknesses for possible cutting. Depending on the length of the detail and the thickness, each material is calculated individually. Our bending machine gives us the opportunity to bend various details.

Bending is carried out on the basis of drawings provided by the customer or created by our technologists. We mostly make: various types of black steel, coated steel, zinc, aluzinc, titanium-zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, copper, PVC and others. To increase the possibilities and the bending range, our machine park has been expanded with a new press brake. Bending with the press brake enables precise bending and guarantees the repeatability of the details. The thickness of the bent materials depends on the length of the bent surface. The longer the workpiece, the shorter the bending surface can be.
